Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These are the simple rules for working with FMPS (For My Property Studio, Dubai). Your project quote, sent before you pay, always has the final details.

The free preview

We build a free preview of your website first. You pay nothing to see it. If you don't want to go ahead, you walk away and owe nothing. The preview design stays ours until the site is paid for.

Price and payment

• Founding rate: AED 4,500 one-time for our first 3 clients, in exchange for an honest review and permission to show the site as a case study. Standard rate after that: AED 6,500.
• The price includes design, English + Arabic, WhatsApp, contact form, Google-ready setup, two rounds of changes and launch.
• Not included: domain and hosting fees (paid by you, in your name), paid ads, online payments or booking systems, extra pages beyond the agreed plan, and changes after the two rounds. We quote these before doing them.
• Optional care plan from AED 500/month. You can cancel it at any time.

Timing

Free preview within 48 hours of getting what we need from you. The full site goes live 7–10 days after you approve the preview. Delays in getting your content or feedback move the date.

Ownership

Once the site is paid for, the website and its files are yours. The domain is registered in your name. You are never locked in.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you send us. Photos or videos we create for you are licensed to you for your business.

Results

We build every site to bring you enquiries, but we can't promise a number of customers or a Google ranking. These depend on your market and many things outside our control.
